What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?
We are attempting to handle marketing automation and dribble campaigns with elements. We are utilizing the social features so we can plan social media posts somewhat early and have elements post them for us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the UI. Seeing it's perfect and basic and the navigation bars are up and down the left side and simple to find and navigate. I consider a few of the menus are superior to different items out there.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I could do without that it doesn't necessarily in all cases do what you'd like it to do. Now and again the substance you put in disappears for not a really obvious explanation or things your size doesn't remain as such. I figure they could do a ton of improvements by adding essential features that different items as of now appear to have.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It has an awesome correspondence with different Dynamics items, it explicitly helps us in making email marketing with formats and that's just the beginning... It has greeting pages so you can get experiences and advance your item by acquiring messages as forces to be reckoned with demand news refreshes in regards to their necessities. I don't think it needs improvement from any perspective, I'm totally content with it and I really do suggest it.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?
The product is owned by the boss of the software industry Microsoft due to which it is a very reliable software. The security features are very strong thus, it provides full security to the marketing data. We are using it for years as a marketing tool we have good exceptional results and it has made our tasks easier than ever.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a complete marketing solution owned by Microsoft. The solution is very appropriate for marketing activities. The benefit of using the tool is easy marketing. The marketing campaigns are easily managed through this tool for which I am very thankful to Microsoft.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have to check the scheduled tasks always. Which is pretty annoying. If I am making a calendar, I need a complete alert system about the event. The notification feature should be introduced to make things easier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would like to recommend it to all big and small businesses. This is a more appropriate option than any other marketing tool. It will help you manage your marketing tasks on your own so you can save marketing costs.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing helps us to choose our recipients with their unlimited lists and contacts. It helps us to enhance our creativity level. Our creativity has no limits using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing, if we want a group strategy we can take our strategy further by choosing even small segments.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing have an easy and simplified campaign builder and also has innovation in adding new features like CRM and inbox. They have very responsive technical support.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 for marketing needs to update its dashboard as the dashboard should display active product status. The ability to update mailing preferences on our own website needs to be updated and advanced. They should also add features to link accounts for the sharing purpose.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I have been using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing for several years and I appreciate the added security. So, I would recommend it to everyone as it has helped us to effectively manage our email outreach.
