Resource scheduling optimization
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Field service mobile has lots of bugs.Am always running into Login issues and offline synchronisation issues, it has been unreliable, wish Microsoft could carry out lots of improvements on the mobile app.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I enjoy the Dynamics 365, though there may be some glitches and bugs.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Field Service from other similar products?
The features seem to be never ending if you are willing to learn and apply yourself. Other products fail to provide the motivation that is so rewarding as you accomplish the ability to use this version.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are so many new and different features that I am unable to pick a favorite as I really like them all for different reasons.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not see how you could dislike anything.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You need to trust yourself and give it a try as you have nothing to lose. I will admit that it is difficult at times but way worth it in the long run.
