What differentiates Egencia from other similar products?

It's an all in one booking tool that keeps all your itineraries together.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That I can access all same features on my cell phone as I can on my laptop.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While most of the time I get decent customer service, it does happen that it takes me hours to book a trip with a flight credit or to change a flight when I call in as the option is not available online and can take up to 3-4 days to sort out via email.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great tool to keep a watchful eye on your company's travel habits.

What differentiates Egencia from other similar products?

It is good platform to arrange travel itineraries in corporate with full policy implementation for each employee.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Best thing is using one credit card for all the employees seamlessly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such which i dislike but yes it is bit of slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend to go with this plateform for corporate bookings.
