What differentiates Egencia from other similar products?
The combination of strong and trustworthy search engines for travel requirements with friendly and knowledgeable customer service personnel. The ease of reservation. I have needed assistance several times before and always have been helped in a very timely and friendly way. No task is too much. I also appreciate the integration of our company's policies and procedures into the software. It makes using it much simpler.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The joint space for all my travel requirements.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing really.

You will be very happy when you choose this product to work with. They are a real partner in business.

What differentiates Egencia from other similar products?
I think that, more than differentiating it from other services, it is the similarity between Egencia and "regular" travel sites that makes the experience better. I did not need any previous training to successfully book a business trip, and whenever I had a difficulty, the customer service e-mail solved it promptly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customer service. It is personalized and highly efficient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not something that I hate, but I'd like to be able to buy train tickets outside my company's region. Customer service solved that issue every time, but that would make the experience even more efficient,
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Calculate your current costs for bookings. This service is wonderful, but I am sure it is only for larger companies.
