What differentiates Eracent IT Management Center from other similar products?

Eracent IT Management is a very easy to use and easy to understand on software count and also hardware discovery

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of eracent product is asset lifecyle - helps identify an asset from creation to decomission- help to identify the cost, asset locations and in active assets

What do you dislike most about this product?

would like to see a status decom to identify when an asset is retired

My favorite aspect of this product is the detailed information provided by the discovery tool for end user devices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to see Eracent move to an agentless discovery option versus the current agent deployment needed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Eracent ITMC is a good discovery tool for the price. Reporting is robust and the interface is easy to use and understand.
