It has an easy-to-use cloud management console. It offers the best cross-platform protection for computers and mobile devices. The servers are protected with a multilayer security that keeps the files stored under total protection. It has an effective antiphishing protection that filters out unwanted emails. Provides secure and easy to manage disk encryption. It provides personalized notifications that allow you to be informed of the preventive management of the platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You need to incorporate documentation for managing the single console in the cloud, it is a bit confusing when you use it for the first time. Customer support needs to be faster and more efficient.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ESET Endpoint Protection is an excellent protection tool, In the home panel it gives you a quick overview of the device count, the number of detected threats and a threat trend line. Allows you to check the certificate of the websites, to ensure that all the websites that are visited are trustworthy. Automatically scans files that are opened on your PC to see if they contain malicious software. Covers the most popular desktop platforms, such as Windows.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is an easy platform to install, configure, and is fluidly managed from a unified cloud-based console. It takes up very little computing resources and the equipment does not slow down in its operation. It is highly effective in detecting and blocking suspicious processes that may turn out to be ransomware. It has the function of running memory scans in search of malicious attacks. ESET's support team responds efficiently and in a short amount of time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Compared to similar platforms, its cost is considerably high. Management from the remote console is a bit complex, this can be improved and made more intuitive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ESET Endpoint Protection is a powerful endpoint protection platform. It has the best functions that guarantee a high level of protection and generates maximum productivity workspace. I recommend it.
