What differentiates ESET Endpoint Security from other similar products?
The cloud portal is nice but could be more intuitive. ESET also seem to use there own words sometimes rather than using keeping it simple.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Cloud portal and the fact everything is in one place, its easy to see all devices and how all licences are distributed across different platforms
What do you dislike most about this product?
Updates - For some reason even when telling ESET to ask users permission before reboot it still performs the reboot without confirmation - this in turn has caused some data loss and also a nervous feeling when using the product. Not sure if this is because of how the 3rd party set up and implemented the software or not.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get trails, run them on multiple machines not just one and try out as many features as possible to ensure right fit for you and your company
