It provides a wide user base and also, very reliable and easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
it provides differentiated or unique product features or vendor capabilities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is a bit costly from the other available options with almost same features, I dont dislike anything else.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would definitely suggest everyone to use this platform atleast once for their job. I will grade it 8 out of 10.

What differentiates Evolve IP CCaaS from other similar products?
Innovative Product, Helps improving Communication support. Flexible and customizable to use in organizations. UI is very user friendly. Vendor support is great and very responsive. Direct support and integration with another tools like Webex, Microsoft teams are effective and reliable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Product is very stable & provides continous releases which helps in upgrading new features with enhancement in the product services. Call recording feature with Voice AI is very good. Prices are very reasonable or competative as compared with the market. Specialized team and vendor support for queries and issues related to services.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Product support are sometimes less responsive and breach provided SLAs. Tool should support more third party application Integration. Atlast tool is good & recommended.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend this product for small scale or mid size organizations because of its cost and services. Cost is very competative compared with another tools. Also, This tool provides advance and modern features which are more than enough as per the requirements.
