What differentiates EZ Texting from other similar products?
I haven't tried other text marketing solutions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Group texts and lists. Group texts is self explanatory but lists is a subset of your customers, for example striated by zip code etc. It's super fun to know that only people in a certain area are receiving the message.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's expensive
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Allocate plenty of budget. If your entity has news to communicate often, you'll likely find yourself having to prioritize. It's the other way around from email marketing: here, you pay per message per recipient.

What differentiates EZ Texting from other similar products?
EX Texting is easy to setup, easy to use service at an affordable monthly rate. Another big differentiator for me was the ability to get a local identifiable text number.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use UI makes text campaigns quick and efficient. Multiple tools available such as control of keywords, drip campaigns, QR codes, and sign up forms. It is also easy to purchase additional credits when I have a campaign that surpasses my monthly subscription. The team is always looking for ways to improve the program.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't really have any dislikes. The only constructive feedback I would give is to perhaps to add agency white label feature to make it easier to manage campaigns for multiple clients.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommend at least giving Eztexting a try. It has helped me manage text marketing both for myself and for my clients. One of my favorite weekly used tools in my marketing toolbox.

What differentiates EZ Texting from other similar products?
Very easy to customize different aspects of the message as it pertains to each client when sending to a group of people.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customization features and that we get a text with the delivery report upon completion of each group of text messages sent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Difficult to have reporting in bulk the way you would for email but it is not bad.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great for two-way communication and customized messages that make the client feel like you are reaching out to them directly instead of as a mass text.
