From my perspective, it's all about affordability. It's limited within the app and the features are not unique. But the price points are realistic.

The ability to send scheduled text messages.

Look at competitors pricing. Basically, all features are the same across different platforms. It usually comes back to cost.

What differentiates EZ Texting from other similar products?
It is very easy to send messages through your website every month to predefined customer lists, there are many training tools for all functions, the price is also fair once you compare it to the other mass texting services that They are available through the Internet, it also offers the ability to schedule text messages to go out on weekends was very important for us as a company, I can also upload contacts quickly, easily and classify them into groups to send messages to selected people, it also generates a report of incoming and outgoing messages, including the percentage of people who opened the text.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how simple it is to navigate the site, it is really easy to create messaging platforms, I also liked knowing what number was not working so I could update my contact list, I also love the detailed data reports, I also like being able to edit an old text and quickly prepare a new one, it is very intuitive and can be used without much instruction, the monitoring tools help our company to keep track of all the results of our messages, I also like that each text is recorded and group on whatever keyword the text message was sent to.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far I have not found any negative aspect of this product, I have nothing bad to comment on, it has only offered me excellent results, I am very satisfied with your service.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would easily recommend this service to a friend or colleague who needs a text messaging service, it is a low cost messaging service that has a simple to use interface and allows easy contact management.
