What differentiates Field Nation from other similar products?
The availability of engineers is transparent, as well as their ratings so we can see their previous assignments and skillets.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I enjoy the ease of creating a work order to find the most suitable engineer. It’s a quick and easy process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At times there aren’t enough available engineers in specific areas.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I’d suggest they learn how to use the product to their best ability and keep in mind that engineers who haven’t worked with your company before may very well be the best people for the job.

What differentiates Field Nation from other similar products?
The Pro version is great for the Smart search capability. The only downside; it's huge is the Companies are holding the WO's orders longer because of obvious warranty concerns if some is paid the next day. I get it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Notifications with a match to my search criteria. I know it's something I will consider!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Overall I can't complain. They pay eventually. :)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Figure out a better way to make money instead of a constant 10% and 13.9 for PRO. It will keep people on the portal and not go Corp to Corp!
