Forcepoint DLP works with its full force.

What differentiates Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention from other similar products?
Through the provision of control and transparency everywhere our employees work and wherever our data is located, Forcepoint DLP promises to manage human-centric risk. User-risk scoring is used by security teams to concentrate on the events that matter the most and hasten compliance with international data requirements. Advanced analytics are used by Forcepoint DLP to connect seemingly unconnected DLP events into priority incidents.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We occasionally experience sluggishness and delays when creating incidents, so these issues need to be fixed. Forcepoint as a result of this issue, we have to periodically check the delay; however, Forcepoint has already provided a solution with an API function, and at the moment, my organization does not use automation. Now that we have insight into key data usage, we can manage data leaks within the company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wouldn't say that I enjoy its documentation section since, after reading the manual for the first time during installation, I was unable to grasp anything. I was trapped. Additionally, I found it challenging to learn the Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For us to keep track, we must watch the incidents that the endpoint causes. We do this by utilzsing OCR to track events in photos and risk scores to determine which users attempted to break the rules more frequently, even when they were blocked for them. It effectively handles tasks related to fingerprints and identification.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product

Forcepoint makes sure that your data is safe

What differentiates Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention from other similar products?
Our company uses Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention to protect the transmission of sensitive data outside the enterprise. We address issues where users shouldn't be allowed to send business information for personal use, such sharing files that aren't sensitive but nevertheless contain data belonging to the organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For crucial data on endpoints, in emails, and in cloud apps, Forcepoint DLP offers total protection. The nicest feature is that we can manage the issues and enforce control from a single management console. We are able to see what is going on with cloud services and endpoints. It aids in boosting corporate confidence in operating securely.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't enjoy using the same old Windows Server app, and the Windows side is really problematic. The functions appear to be functioning OK, but Forcepoint must remove outdated architecture managements. Client management gets complicated and the client becomes a hefty burden. The Forcepoint DLP tool does not support linux operating systems like CentOS, Ubuntu, or USB access control, among other device controls.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our email servers as well as all internal operations have had this product delivered via endpoints. This tool has excellent functionality and captures DLP incidents with very few false positives. The interface is simple to use, and we can install regulations quickly. Identifying incidents and escalating them is simple with Forcepoint DLP.
