I found the product is simple to use and dashboard is easy to access. Helps to analytics and integrate.

The products best part is it helped me with multiple channels access. Its becomes simple and easy to go.

As of now I didn't got any point that I disliked as I haven't explored much with other marker products to provide dislike.

customer support, continue to grow and develop and cost

Domo dashboards, overall campaign reporting, and additional insights may not be available within each tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some technical learnings as they are continuing to develop the platform with new features which can cause some issues in the working of the tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider the costs and what is the output from other companies, and with some larger companies it may feel like you can't get a customized experience but throughout our time we have felt that they do help us with directly with our goals and addressing any complications as if it is our own tool.
