What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best part has got to be how much you can customize everything, yet with restrictions. If you're into really fine tuning your AI models and chatbots, you'll love this. You can basically make it do exactly what you want, which is pretty good for organizations that need their AI to do very specific things, and support multiple levels of customisation as per requirements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The initial setup experience is a real issue - no proper documentation, time consuming setup, and it takes three weeks to get comfortable. Plus, they're missing some basic features like conversation history and file handling that should be standard by now. Else they're keep adding feaures i guess those features will also get added in the long run.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

According to me, I recommend requesting comprehensive training materials upfront. Although the initial setup phase presents challenges, the system becomes significantly more manageable once your team gains familiarity. And ensure you have technically proficient staff on your team before implementation. Plan for approximately three weeks of learning and adjustment time, as this isn't a simple plug-and-play solution. While the absence of conversation history and file handling features might be dealbreakers for some, the platform's extensive customization capabilities could justify the investment for teams requiring detailed control.

On the downside, the platform can sometimes be slow when loading large amounts of data.
