I love how modern and "fresh" it feels. I am able to easily help customers without making my site look outdated.

I love how customizable it is. I really need to be able to make things look & work how I want for my business and with FreshDesk I can.

The suit of products - freshchat, freshcaller and freshsales all together make it a great tool for our company

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to have multiple products and support portals. This is great for us to support our partners.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The support is slow and when there are upgrades to the product, existing users aren't always given access to new features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need an all-round customer support/success tool, I'd highly recommend considering freshworks.
