A good solution, but rather overpriced

What differentiates Globalscape Enhanced File Transfer from other similar products?
Globalscape EFT grants end users a nice GUI Web frontend which allows for ease of file transfer without using FTP software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is fairly easy to manage user accounts, both with creating and auditing them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The price. For a product that is effectively a glorified SFTP server with a simplistic web GUI slapped on, it costs way too much. Also, it is massively picky about SSL certificates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Learn how to set up and create your own SFTP server with Linux for 0.05% of the cost (if that) and just skip the web GUI. It's glitchy with Chrome anyway (the search box autofills login names, why?) so it's not worth the price.
