What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
Google is ubiquitous in our world today. Since almost everyone is familiar with at least some part of the Google Suite, implementing Google Drive as a collaboration platform is fairly low effort, but very high reward. It also has incredible app support for mobile devices, and sharing with outside organizations is incredibly easy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the ease of use and the ability to share with almost anyone, whether they are inside or outside the organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It took a little bit for me to figure out permissions in sharing files. Also, it was a bit of a learning curve using some of the google suite when I’ve been used to Microsoft.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It’s a great product, and I’d recommend taking the time to learn how to use the mobile version as well.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
Real time collaboration is Google Drives primary strength . Not minding the individual physical location of members of my team, we are able to work simultaneously on documentation from our different locations. The ability to do this eliminates the need for physical presence when working as a team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integrates with other Google apps, better than any file storage program can. For a professional like myself who regularly uses productivity tools like Google spreadsheet, Keep , Docs, Forms and the likes. All data generated from the aforementioned tools, automatically gets backed up in real time on Google Drive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Security is still Drives major weakness. As of this moment, there is no available way to add password protection for files I share with other Google Drive users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For real time collaboration and seamless access to saved cloud files, I will always recommend Google Drive .
