What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I personally highlight the possibility of playing multimedia files with specific extensions, just the implementation of an extension is enough to solve the problem in moments, all this focused on our daily tasks was a tremendous help because it avoided the installation of additional applications, additionally with the implementation of OCR technology to digitize the documents sent by our customers was really easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The unfavorable point that I note and that personally is our Achilles heel is the handling of versions in very large files, especially in Google Sheets spreadsheets, when trying to retrieve an old version the tool simply shows error, in that aspect there is room for improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As a business collaboration tool Google Cloud Drive is simply great, it simplifies the daily tasks as employees make their progress in real time and this is reflected in the shared documents, plus it does not limit them to be connected from computers but from any device with Internet connection, in terms of saving time and money is seen in the short term.

In Google Cloud Drive, the uploading speed of files is too fast as compared to other similar products. Here sorting a file is much easier. They also provide a web-based interface to the end-user so, end-user can also access their file from the google search. This product has the capabilities to store all formats of file. These make Google Cloud Drive more flexible and reliable as compared to other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In Google Cloud Drive, the end-user can store all files like Docs, Image, PowerPoint, excel sheets, videos, and many more big files. This product provides 15 GB of free storage to the end-user and for more storage end-user have to buy the subscription. With one click end-user can easily upload the files to Google Drive and also download that file when needed. End-user can easily share their document, file using a unique URL link to other platforms. End-user can open the file from any other device by just sign-in using their Gmail account.

What do you dislike most about this product?

End-user need an internet connection for accessing their file from Google Drive. This product only provides 15 GB of storage. Anyone can access our file if they have our file. The subscription cost is too high for more storage. End-user can't upload the whole folder with one click.

If you are looking for storage that stores all types of file format then Google Cloud Drive is the best user-friendly platform. This product provides 15 GB of free storage and gives the best privacy for our files and data. If you want to share a big file with your colleagues then Google Drive is the best safe and secure platform.

Considering that it is a storage tool Google Cloud Drive Enterprise is the one that offers more capacity to store in the cloud, has different payment plans that can be adjusted to the needs of customers, its efficiency and versatility to enable collaboration and management of files and documents, uses SSL encrypted security, is easy to implement and also has a good customer service, all this makes it different from many options available in the market.

- Its high storage capacity. - Any type of file can be stored. - Files and documents are stored securely. - It allows you to create documents and presentations in collaboration with other users or the work team. - I really like that it is a Multi-platform tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes we have had failures when loading certain files and it has been evidenced that the loading speed of the files is low, as well as when performing searches the waiting time to get an answer is a little long.

I recommend Google Cloud Drive Enterprise to host and share any type of file and documents as they are available to anyone who needs them in your organization no matter where they are, to make backup copies of all your data, for its storage capacity and security it offers, its ease of use and also because it adjusts in cost and storage according to the needs that users have.
