A Quick Solution Worth Implementing

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?
Google Forms is an essential tool for our internal and external processes. We use it when polling our employees and customer feedback. There are no extra apps to install—we can create a survey or form directly within our browser from wherever we are (mobile or desktop). The forms are easy to place on the website or send via email throughout our organization, and we see a summary of results in real-time. The UI is intuitive, and there is minimal support needed for those creating a form or survey. That allows us to focus our time on the content itself. All in all, Google Forms is quite efficient.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since my area focuses on customer research, I enjoy the real-time results from our external forms and surveys. There's a diagram that presents a basic breakdown of responses, as well as easy access to open-ended question results. The reporting is simple, easy to read, and provides a quick way to gauge our direction or offerings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lack of design customization options is challenging for us. We want to present a solid brand to our customers and often try to force the formatting to work within our brand. It would be helpful to have more customization options, as the forms don't look quite like they fit with the branding on our website. In addition, there are no options to build complex questions like matrixes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
if you are thinking about using Google Forms, I suggest using the free version first to ensure that the survey question options meet the needs of the project at hand. If you only need a simple tool for fast data collection, this works quite nicely. If you are looking for a tool that provides a more comprehensive evaluation, a tool like Qualtrics would probably work best.
