A convenient way to get feedback and a survey.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?
Usually, the feedback process is not so easy and this is so convenient and advanced way of getting feedback from the clients. feedback is important in order to enhance productivity, bring reforms, and point out weak areas but our laziness was a hurdle and never lets us do this but with Google forms, we can do this and even clients too, don’t feel any trouble in filling it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its survey reports are quite detailed and provide the percentage frequency of the response. With its response summary, we don’t even need to do any extra work on it. It helps in breaking the monotony of dull surveys as we can add images in it and we can also add the scale of our requirement like in most of the surveys we use the Likert scale and it is very easy to use it no matter which scale one wants to incorporate in it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although we trust this tool or maybe trusting is the only option we have but I still have security concerns using Google Forms .but otherwise, I can't count any other flaw as it has made things easy for us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If a person is frustrated and doesn’t know how to manage surveys should go for Google Forms it is an easy and convenient way to manage surveys.

- Efficient Service

Google forms are simple software and work well.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?
The easy interface is the key feature of Google Forms. Regardless of what your background is, you’ll produce lovely forms with this tool. You’ll be able to master this tool inside a few of hours. Also, it offers a bunch of features fully free of cost. I know that there are another tools that supply additional flexibility in terms of layout and design. However those are too expensive and Google Forms is enough for many users out there. Also, it integrates nicely with other Google services corresponding to Drive, Sheets, etc so you can keep all of your collected information organized.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The forms are very easy to line up with many various question varieties to choose from to create your form. The info loads on to a Google Sheet that makes it easy to sort and review. Its very helpful tool and its security is also very good.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Natively inside of Google Forms, there’s no way to email a copy of the customer’s responses to a team member. However, there is a simple plugin to use to form this happen. Also, since we are using this on a business Google workspace account, it defaults to be personal to our users. You’ve got to manually make the form public, that is annoying and has caused issues.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Google form integrates well with Google Sheets and both are a part of the complete Google Suite, so made the foremost sense for us.
Pros
- Performance Enhancing
- Unique Features
- Inspires Innovation
- Saves Time
