What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?
In an era when collaborative tools are becoming increasingly important, Google Form allows us to create web forms without programming knowledge and quickly access the results by using our Google account and its simple and intuitive interface, from which we can create a form from scratch with a few simple steps, and the assistant is easy to use. Once established, we will be able to distribute through email or copy and paste the URL into forms, websites, or social media networks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Short answers, paragraphs, multiple-choice, checkboxes, unplayable, a grid with numerous possibilities, and other sorts of questions may be included in a Google Form. You may also substitute a photo or video for a question. The present design of the forms or surveys allows you to gather and confirm the email addresses that will get the form, allowing you to verify the accuracy of the information and discover who has still to reply.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The form's design is very limited in terms of customization; changing the design and making it more flexible requires more knowledge and talents.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?
Taking into account that this product is part of a suite rich in variety and at the same time powerful as an office tool, I can say that Google Forms integrates perfectly with tools such as Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, this greatly facilitates the work at the level of collection, analysis and modelling of such information; the best of all is that it focuses on cooperative work. In addition, no experience in the use of the application is required to make use of it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Undoubtedly the ease of use is one of the key points of Google Forms, the export of data is executed in a few minutes and allows the consolidation of data and its subsequent analysis and graphing with different tools, it is also compatible with Microsoft Excel which does not limit users to make use of a specific tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only weakness that I perceive so far is the aesthetic part, Google Forms lacks variety in the customization of surveys, although we have made feedback to customer service or specialized technical staff still needs to improve the templates, fonts to make this the best tool of its kind.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are more strengths than weaknesses of this application, with proper use it can offer many benefits that will be reflected in the operational results. Within the range of similar cloud-based applications, Google Forms is one of the most powerful and efficient available.
