What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Google Forms is a very powerful software for creating, managing and sharing all kinds of forms. In our company we use Google Forms to create forms on a daily basis, and one of the differences that we have noticed in relation to other similar software is that Google Forms is more beneficial because it has real-time analytics, all the traffic and the responses we receive in All our forms can be displayed graphically in our Google panel, we can know exactly and in real time, all the movement that the form previously sent to our clients has been having, while other platforms take longer to collect that information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the things that attracts me the most about how Google Forms works is that I have access to a large number of templates for all my forms, it is fantastic to be able to create forms with a pre-designed template, that has a very attractive design and that give you a totally different visualization to the questions on the form. Another thing that I like is that with Google Forms I can import a large number of images, and use those images in my forms without any limits, this function is very important to me, since I can store images unlimitedly and place them in my forms as many times as you want.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have never had any problems regarding the operation of Google Forms, this has been a platform that has brought me great results in my company and has made my forms take a more professional display for my clients, however, my complaint goes directly to the free trial period. I did not like the free trial as data is not collected in real time and I am also unable to mark form questions as required fields, which caused me to receive incomplete answers on my forms and forced me to upgrade to a paid plan.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The main reason why I would recommend Google Forms to a colleague or companies is because it offers a very easy to use system to collect opinions, if your company is looking for a mechanism to collect opinions, without a doubt Google Forms is the best option, you will have the possibility to receive answers to your questions in just an instant, and you will be able to see the progress of your form in real time. In addition, Google Forms allows you to create attractive forms, so that the client feels comfortable while filling out the form that you have sent.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Google Forms are very creative and can be used in plenty of use cases such as from filling survey forms to taking a MCQ examination over it, it has has got too much potential when compared to other products in its segment

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google forms collect provides charts and graphs as a visual analytics right form the 1st fill of the form and helps us keep record and track of each fill and also we can export the data in CSV or spreadsheet

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google forms are controlled via Google and has less authenticity features like duplicate entries using alternate email ids, which just result in disguised filing and data incompetency. Also it lacks in integration to a web page using hooks or embeddable plugins

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend google forms to everyone as it is free of cost and anyone can use it with a little or no worry when you have a Gmail account. It can be useful in any activity such as Examination , polls, surveys, opinion entries, reviews and much more

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

It allows access control or permissions which really provide security to unauthorized access to the form. It provides different styles for form making and also has the option of drag and drop.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I am a Subject Matter Expert and I use Google Forms to have students complete various assignments. Some of these forms include basic information to various assessments and exams. I like how we can edit information and then have everything all presented on Google Sheets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I personally don't find any dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great platform for Forms as well as Surveys, It is completely free and you can easily login using your google account, Its very efficient to gather data from people. you can then integrate this data with many other solutions and then start using it.
