What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It helps me with reports by collecting data and information with the tools that this software provides, conducting surveys, questionnaires, sales/costs revenue forms, among others. These activities are very easy to perform, and there is a lot of information and content in videos and forums on how to use google forms in the most convenient way according to your job role or activities. Personally I find it a great solution to have more information and contact with customers, and thus improve the experience of them in terms of requests and services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the beginning I didn't have high expectations with this tool but I was wrong, it has been very helpful for my work. It seems to be very simple and limited but if you have creativity you can get a lot out of it, I hope to see updates that keep improving it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Forms is one of the few affordable and functional tools on the market for data collection, it is suitable for use with workers, customers, students and others, I definitely recommend it.

Ask any type of questions like Text, Paragraph Text, Multiple Choice, Checkboxes, selection etc for free.

The dislike part includes limited customization features in terms of design and layouts.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

The main difference that stands out between Google Forms and other platforms specialized in creating forms, is that Google Forms offers the possibility of modifying and giving a much more personalized style to the forms, this platform allows modifying the templates and being able to edit the general design of each template, while other platforms do not allow such advanced editing. In addition, Google Forms collects the data received in real time, while other platforms take a couple of minutes to collect the information from each person who fills out the question.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are several things that I like about Google Forms since I have had a really good experience that has allowed me to generate good forms within my company. 1.- I can insert images and videos to my forms. This is a very beneficial feature for me as I can make more complete forms. 2.- I can see the response statistics in real time, see what type of response each user has given and I can also view statistics in a general way. 3.- I can send forms via mail from the same Google Forms platform, something completely beneficial and it saves us time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The main disadvantage that I have noticed in Google Forms is that I do not have the ability to create forms without using an internet connection. For me, this would be a really important and necessary feature, since I could make forms in my spare time, and upload them to the Google Forms cloud when I have an internet connection. In addition, I cannot access the statistics obtained if I do not have an internet connection, this seems very limited to me, I would like to be able to access my statistics from anywhere regardless of whether I have an internet connection.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The main reason why I recommend Google Forms is because it is a very different platform from the others, its ability to provide a unique design is completely surprising, in addition, this platform has the ability to develop very complete forms, without text limits and unlimited images or videos. Google Forms is a very easy to use platform, its sections are very easy to access and the statistics are easy to understand, this would allow any company to generate quality forms and obtain information from its clients quickly and safely.
