What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?

Google Meet is very user friendly and easy to use, I love that you don’t need to download anything to use if. You can invite people inside and outside the organization and the ease of calendar invites and reminders are amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love Being able to livestream a meeting. It makes it easy to set up and allow stakeholders to view meetings/ sessions. We use it internally and externally and it’s very easy to navigate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it lags, or is glitchy. The connection sometimes can freeze or delay a bit.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Meet is amazing to work with. Setting up meetings is easy to see in your calendar, I love That it’s integrated to show what you have going on in the day. Screw sharing, recording, and creating live streams is easy. Play around with it to explore all the features though before having an important meeting.

Por ser um aplicativo nativo do próprio Google, ele se conecta automaticamente nas agendas, emails, contatos e demais pontes de informação que os usuários do Workspace utilizam.

Creio que a ativação de legendas é um diferencial, também recursos de usar fundos, um link encurtado para encaminhar, isso é muito bom.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Não tenho reclamações,em alguns casos, quando é utilizado no celular, a transmissão de vídeo falha, ou trava, necessitando recomeçar.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

O Google Meet é gratuito e também pago, junto com a assinatura do Workspace, funciona bem, mas você Precisa de internet fibra com boa velocidade para não travar quando utilizar o celular no WiFi.

Calendar Integration: Meeting details, including the link to join, are automatically added to Google Calendar events, making it convenient for participants to find and join scheduled meetings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Google Account Requirement: To host or create meetings, users need to have a Google account. Some individuals or organizations may prefer video conferencing platforms that don't require specific account registration. Meeting Scheduling Limitations: While Google Meet integrates well with Google Calendar, some users may find the scheduling process lacking compared to specialized scheduling tools available in other platforms

Business Meetings: Google Meet is excellent for holding virtual meetings, whether it's a small team discussion, departmental meeting, or company-wide conference. Educational Purposes: It's an effective tool for online classes, virtual lectures, and student collaboration, with features like real-time captions and screen sharing.
