The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

Some glitches but great overall UX

What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?
I think Google Meet has the cleanest interface and the most intuitive functionalities. I use other meet products every day with clients and I am consistently reminded of how much better the experience is on Google.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how easy it is to join a meeting and run a meeting. Screensharing (when it works) is simple and allows anyone on the call to share. There's no meeting ownership issues where you have to transfer ownership. It is just simple and makes sense. Also really clean interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Screensharing has many glitches. This seems to be a newer problem but it definitely puts a damper on the product. If they could work out this kink, it would make the experience that much better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product isn't widely used among our clientbase. If you're an agency, I would consider what products your clients use and go with the majority because being the only ones using Google can cause some confusion.
Pros
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Reliable
- Appreciates Incumbent Status
