Simple but powerful for integrated systems
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?
Google Meet is INCREDIBLY simple to use and offers easy customization and straightforward systems incorporation. On-the-fly meetings are simple to create, and “standing” rooms can be reused without the need to refresh them or have a host allow others to enter.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The quality and simplicity of meetings are top-notch, but the ease of incorporating its functions and data into homegrown applications is powerful. You can easily have custom meetings generated from your system to Google Meet without leaving your internal system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is rather bare-bones and limits the number of entrants, usually requiring at least one (or more) advanced licenses or other meeting applications.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want a simple meeting product that plays nicely in any ecosystem, this is all you need at almost a 0$ cost. If you need a collaborative, extensive audience meeting system, you might need to look elsewhere or purchase premium licenses.
Pros
- Altruistic
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
- Fair
Cons
- Slower Product Innovation
- Commodity Features
- Less Efficient Service
