Great product, limited CRM integration
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?
Very easy to use, virtually no setup or training required
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Availability for meetings to be joined via calling in to a phone number
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have a VOIP solution for calling and Zoho Cliq as part of Zoho One. In all honesty it has been somewhat of a challenge fitting this into in terms of practical and efficient usage. Between requirements to record calls and meetings with clients and having recordings accessible from within our CRM, this has not always been such a great fit. With that said, there have been many instances where our clients appreciate having the option to have a face to face meeting or for conferencing in multiple parties where parties can join a meeting by dialing in and do not need to worry about internet speeds to be in touch.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is very much worth trying out and considering that if you are using Google as your email provider, it is already built in, there is no need to any type of installation - and likely no need to training either.
Pros
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Continually Improving Product
Cons
- Inhibits Innovation
- Commodity Features
- Less Efficient Service
