I have nothing to complain about GoToMeeting. Since Jive's time, we have always used the app, and we have nothing to say about it. Telephony costs have come down in our organization, and the benefits are many

Meetings may be held anywhere, some of the appealing features include the option to mute and disable video when not required. This application is ideal for a quick start-up meeting or even interacting with team members and clients from other countries. Face-to-face communication with customers is critical, and GoToMeeting allows us to do so. It gives a person's name a face. It undoubtedly contributed to the increase in sales. The results were astounding when we completely integrated the GoToMeeting software across all teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

GoToMeeting is a basic program with simple actions. You can talk, mute, videoconference, and record. Users and stakeholders may simply join the call by following a few simple steps. As a result, anyone from anywhere in the globe who wants to join can do so by dialing the international phone number. The user interface is among the best in the business. Once the client is installed, it will be simple to join any meeting. Screen sharing is probably one of GoToMeeting most popular and helpful meeting tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To secure connectivity, you must have a steady session. If the internet is down, even for a few minutes, the session must be restarted. The recording option acts strangely. Despite all of the preparations taken to ensure an effective recording, the session concluded without anything being recorded. Chat and participant panels may take up screen space during screen sharing. This will no longer be as beneficial for viewing the whole screen as it was previously. Screen sharing will be disabled or the screen sharing window will be decreased in size. The option to convert a phone call into a video conference would enhance the user experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Users of GoToMeeting can record meetings and access them later for those who are unable to attend. This guarantees that staff are not required to be online all day and may catch up at their leisure. There are several virtual meeting apps and tools available. I've used GotoMeeting, and it's fantastic. However, I hope the GoToMeeting team will reduce the fee somewhat in order to make it more reasonable. Before making a purchase, I propose that potential customers check out a few setups and identify the characteristics that work best for them.
