The audio quality is good, the interface is easy to navigate and the feature set is top notch. GoToMeeting. The ability to record meeting content and share is great feature. We have used it in the past for training and support purposes both on a client workstation and from mobile devices. Top Notch!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

GoToMeeting is a tool with several communication strategies from the audio parts to the videos, which are economical in online meetings. Again, GoToMeeting storage is precisely guarded with security procedures employed. Lastly, GoToMeeting is a digital program hence, compatible with many gadgets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The worst part about it is the overall cost for licenses. Gets very expensive if you need separate licenses for all users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This program has served to synthesize an incredible idea in the organization; we can constantly improve the quality of group information between co-workers. We have additionally used it to support organizations with recurring pragmatism issues with new clients. GoToMeeting has been number one software for all types of communications. It allows me to send instant messages, i can make video and audio calls, schedule meetings and share screens. I like uts interface, very intuitive and user-friendly.

What i like most about GoToMeeting is the fact that you don't require third-party services providers to implement it for you. Again, since it is simple to use, you don't require any training to get started. GoToMeeting supports multiple languages thus making it easy to use and learn from different countries.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes you can send large files and fail to deliver especially when the internet connection is slow.

I have used GoToMeeting for many years now and it is amazing and powerful. I like everything about it and I recommend it.

GoToMeeting is integrated with very useful and convenient web cooperation functions for this period where interactions with other areas of the company are necessary so that I have no concerns regarding the operation of this application.
