What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
GoTo Meeting feels more polished for corporate environments compared to Zoom or Google Meet. It has better admin controls and security features, which is great when handling client meetings with sensitive data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to record and transcribe meetings automatically. It’s a huge timesaver when I need to refer back to key points, especially for follow-ups with clients
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface feels outdated. It works well, but it doesn’t have the same sleek, intuitive feel as Zoom or Teams. Also, the mobile app isn’t as smooth—joining a meeting on the go can sometimes be clunky.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your team is already using Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, check if you really need GoTo Meeting. Sometimes, sticking with the native options (Teams, Meet) is simpler. But if security and reliability are top priorities, GoTo is still a solid choice.
