I like GoToMeeting allows it to be managed regularly and operate through the mobile application, have communication with the complete customer service by phone and online, the plans of its services are in force, they offer the possibility of choosing the interruption of meetings, registration unlimited images, sounds, data and transcripts required for later playback and viewing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For GoToMeeting, I have no adverse comments on the contrary it is ingenious to understand that when you plan and organize a meeting instead of waiting for the attendees to exclusively join your account this instrument will call the participants when the meeting is available to start the same.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend GoToMeeting is diligent allows incorporating programs such as calendar with Outlook and Google, it also has the ability to integrate into meetings in a variety of ways using desktop programs for Mac and PC, mobile phones for iOS and Android.

Quite easy to install and its easy for presenting within teams. When people share screens customers/clients/stakeholders feel secured if we are using using GoTo Meeting

Its recording option is one which I like the most in it . My nature of job demands attending lot of meetings, I mostly use recording option more, just to ensure I do not miss anything

What do you dislike most about this product?

Few problems which I encounter are related to audio quality which I encounter 2 of 10 times for sure.

Pricing should be reduced during pandemic situation like this. This will in return attract more customers . Its setup is easy and you can utilize it smoothly from anywhere

Before it was very difficult for me to communicate and maintain order in video conferences, now with Gotomeeting, I can make conferences, voice calls, video calls and chat no matter where I am, it is very easy to use and manage, you can also record the screen, calls and video calls.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Gotomeeting has been one of the best software that I have used to make my video calls, conferences and voice calls, what I liked the most is that I can use it in a personal and business way, and for both it has been very helpful, Gotomeeting It has an excellent analysis of voice recognition, annotations, allows you to capture audio and screen, communicating with your work team is very easy since you can make live, private, group or real-time chat, to that your meetings are much more dynamic you can carry out debates, forums and surveys.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly, I still have not found something that I can dislike about Gotomeeting, since all the functions and features fulfill their role, and for communication it is undoubtedly the best tool I have used, it is very easy and practical to use.

It is a very good tool, which helps you to be able to make better communication and to do it remotely. Excellent for standard, medium and premium companies.
