Easy to track stages and 100s of jobs

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Application stages

What do you dislike most about this product?

The keyword search. I'm able to do a full search through profiles and resumes, that saves a lot of time when I'm searching for a candidate not within a specific req.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a chance and take the training! Lots of features to be discovered. Easy to integrate.

What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?

Greenhouse has automated reminders and different set of reporting features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Greenhouse is a great tool providing complete trail and status of candidature and positions. it has great ATS and UI is also awesome. Interview reminder feature is great. Tagging feature is also very helpful for tracking. Automating tasks and scheduling is super easy in the tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It need some improvements to help with reviewing and screening resumes. Calendar sync with external tools is little complicated. Custom dashboard developments has limited capabilities. Little expensive for small companies where job opportunities are less and applications are limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its very useful for growing organisations.
