The reporting and analytics feature of the app let users learn more about how well their recruiting process is working and make changes based on data. The tool is easy to use and has an easy-to-understand interface, which makes it easy for team members to adopt and use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Greenhouse recruiting can be pricey, especially for smaller businesses. Even though it has a lot of features and functions, the price can be a problem for some companies. Also, compared to other tools for analyzing data, the platform can make it hard to handle reports.

What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?
What best differentiates Greenhouse from others is the streamlined experience it provides for a candidate. Candidates can easily attach their resume and only have to fill in less than 10 blocks of information. The interface that the candidate is faced with is also very simple, making the process of applying not intimidating.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how the interface was built for candidates. Since it is very basic, it creates a non-intimidating experience for a candidate. On the backend, the information is displayed in an easy-to-digest format. You're able to customize the process with ease. It also doesn't collect information from the resume but rather just makes it as an attachment, and therefore, you won't have to worry about ATS-auto-filling being done incorrectly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can not think of anything that I dislike about Greenhouse.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would give this product a try before trying out any others. Reasons for this is that it's heavily used right now, and therefore, if you'll be hiring for your HR department, candidates would probably be most familiar with this software. In addition, when candidates are faced with an interface from Greenhouse, they are more likely to apply due to the non-complex interface.
