What differentiates GreenRope Marketing from other similar products?

GreenRope has always led the way in sales and marketing automation. Through the consistent open communication channels with their customers they often discover, then develop, features to add to their application that no other CRM automation tool has. What I've enjoyed most for my own business, and those of my clients, is having one application for all business related operations. A business often has to combine multiple applications, but you just need one GreenRope account. It's as feature-rich as Salesforce with twice the value.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workflow automation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I had to choose I'd say perhaps more current updates of their website and landing page templates. However, it's easy to add your own template customizations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Prioritize your needs first so you can focus on one feature at a time. Then, get with a GreenRope team member to paint the customer journey for you. The breadth of features can be daunting if you don't have a clear picture of how your business can use them all and how each feature connects to each other. Maybe even mind map stages of how you'll utilize all the features over the course of 6 to 12 months. That's what I did for a client that was considering it. Once you do that, the value will be clear.

What differentiates GreenRope Marketing from other similar products?

GreenRope is a comprehensive all-in-one solution. Our company only needs to deal with this one software vendor to cover all aspects of our business needs which include marketing, sales, website and landing pages, and customer service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Email template builder and automation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I would say that I dislike about this product would be the landing pages.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The support organization behind this software is exceptional. Always willing to assist and resolve issues in a timely manner.
