Native integrations with internet browser makes it very easy to get key competitive or product intel mid-conversation. This makes us more thoughtful in our sales conversations and is key to answering tough questions on the fly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In browser integration and the simplicity of the UI
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes content management can be cumbersome as usage has grown across the business. We don't know what should be deprecated.

Consider a content ownership and deprecation workflow to keep the info fresh.
