What differentiates Guru from other similar products?
Guru is the best at what it is - knowledge management. Other products have flashy features but fall flat at the actual management and creation of knowledge in a database.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Some of the features that make it super accessible - like the Chrome Extension and the Slack integration.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think the reporting/analytics section can use some improvements to provide more valuable insights.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider exactly what your organization needs when it comes to knowledge management - if you need a knowledge platform that's accessible everywhere you're working, easily searchable, and easy to organize, then this tool is for you.

What differentiates Guru from other similar products?
Guru is able to be integrated into slack and makes it easy to search anything in a mere seconds to get more information or an answer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The content that can be uploaded to Guru is endless and is a great tool for sales and operations to utilize when assistance is needed immediately.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the content can lag when opening up but that is a rare occurrence.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have a great enablement team that can create good information/trainings that will then be input into Guru for it to be a great tool for employees when needed.

What differentiates Guru from other similar products?
What makes Guru stands out more that other similar product is how well organized it is, You can always find the information you are searching for. Knowledge alerts help relay important announcements and information to the team as a whole at once and they can keep track of who reads the announcements which is a really good feature.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What i like most about Guru is The 'favorites' feature which is a huge help in saving important information for later to easily refer to. I like that Guru can be integrated in the chrome browser which makes it very easy to access when I need a quick answer. I like that Guru is very easy to navigate and when you open a topic it give you suggestions on which topic next to open. I like that with Guru I can add text or videos for training.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing about Guru that I dislike
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a great tool for keeping organizational information safe within your organization. I recommend using Guru for training, slideshows, and because it is compatible with Google Slides.
