Gusto has great customer service, is very cost effective, and is super easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cost effectiveness & ease of use

What do you dislike most about this product?

On in depth, specific-to-my-situation questions, I wish Gusto were a little faster in responding.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely look into Gusto & compare to other services...you'll find Gusto to be top of the list

A Key Tool in my Small Business Management

What differentiates Gusto from other similar products?

I had experience with a number of other payroll solutions. All of them were overbuilt and overpriced for my needs. Not only is Gusto appropriate from my needs, it is scaleable and offers a myriad of features that my business may grow into in the future. Gusto is different because of its ease of use, excellent (fun) communications and overall spirit. I feel good when I run payroll! Who can say that? On a separate note, when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Gusto *really* shined. Not only did they offer us small adjusted pricing for services when we weren't running Payroll due to closures, Gusto also had amazing tools and help with the PPP program.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Without question, it is the ease of use. I can run payroll in a matter of minutes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't anything that I don't like about Gusto!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would encourage someone considering use Gusto to reach out to current Gusto customers and ask questions.
