What differentiates Happeo from other similar products?

Userpilot is an easy-to-use and integrated technology that enables you to quickly set up web-app-based notifications and guided tours as well as NPS collection functionality. The National Park Service and guided tours have greatly reduced engineering work for us both.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our GTM and AppSumo launches have been greatly aided by Userpilot, a remarkably user-friendly platform that significantly enhances our users' experience. Support has been fantastic (Sarah has helped our business SO MUCH and is by far the best CS rep I've ever worked with). I also appreciate that their team and CTO went above and beyond to ensure that all bugs were fixed because they recognized how crucial it was for the tooltips to be released on schedule.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There were a few times when something didn't work (TT not firing correctly) or there was a minor technical issue from the UP side (they addressed it quickly). It would be helpful to have clear feedback on what the problem was and how the user could fix it. Despite this, they didn't hinder our use—again, fantastic platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Userpilot has the best price-to-feature ratio. Other less expensive tools on the market would undoubtedly fall short of your requirements, while others like Pendo would be out of your price range. Userpilot is in the ideal position.
