What differentiates HappyFox from other similar products?

HappyFox really caters to medium to large organizations. It's also entirely on the cloud and managed by others. I'd come from several environments where we built our own ticketing system, so it was nice to use something that someone else was responsible for, for once.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

HappyFox has a user-friendly UI and feels really secure. I also like the self-service portal so that I don't have to reach out to yet another help desk.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is rather pricey.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

HappyFox is right for you if you need to support your users from several different venues, are looking for something completely in the cloud, and can afford it. If you only manage requests by email, have a smaller team, and are on a limited budget, I'd seek other options.

What differentiates HappyFox from other similar products?

First ,I have to commend the Happyfox team for running a good and effective support department. We switched to Happyfox in January and the experience so far , has been impressive. Setup time was a breeze ,and the support team were on hand to guide us through all hurdles during the first few weeks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Happy Fox is an incredible ticketing solution and I cannot recommend it enough. For the price I do not think that it can be beaten.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there was an alerts button for the recent tickets that you have been tagged on. Currently, there is no notifications tab to see all of the tickets with recent activity that applies to you.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Happyfox has turned out to be a boon for us. Our task mangement became very easy after installation.
