What differentiates HeyOrca from other similar products?
HeyOrca is one of the platforms with the best design since it can be used as a reference for social networks to be used in a calendar-dependent way for the organization to have a good development of social networks, in its aspect that it gives rise to an experience in the how we can use spreadsheets and each of the emails to be able to have better communication by securely sharing each of our content directly on each of the social media platforms
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Excellent platform because it helped us solve problems more efficiently, each of the conflicts that arise when it comes to being able to have a good organization in each of the contents of each client in terms of the newsrooms, each of the approvals and publications that can be done correctly on time, in the process of making the approvals can be done in a simple and fast way to be answered to the client automatically. We can send the form directly to each one since it is a very good tool in programming and reviewing content on social networks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In a simple way, I have no dislike for it since HeyOrca has been a very good help to achieve each of the planned objectives and to be able to show each of the clients the benefits that can be obtained using this application and achieve the maximum in social networks what would be an effective demonstration of each thing done.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Extraordinary tools for efficiently managing agencies and doing everything in a safer way since each of the calendars can be carried out and good content can be quickly delivered to each of the clients.

What differentiates HeyOrca from other similar products?
The client approval process is integrated and easy to use. With a link, we can send posts for approval and get feedback and notes natively. It's intuitive to use, and the clients love it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The calendar view is great for an overall visualization of our content. Seamlessly copying posts to other social platforms is also great, and super easy. The client approval process is great! You can change the status of a post from 'Draft', to 'Awaiting Approval', and make internal comments on all posts. The client can also comment on posts with notes or edits. The grid view allows us to visualize our Instagram feed, and the built-in native 'link-in-bio' feature is great! We can also save our hashtags in hashtag groups and add them to posts with a few clicks. They also provide added value with industry updates and trend round-ups.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I personally find the reporting a little limited and slightly lacking. We are not on the 'Pro' version, and only get access to very basic reporting and analytics, which is not nearly sufficient for our needs. We have also found some glitches and mistakes in the reports, where the numbers didn't add up, and this could not be explained by support or IT. This was only once though. And I now use external software for reporting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make use of the training and support! The team at HeyOrca is great when it comes to training and support. The built-in chat is super easy to use, and every single person I've dealt with at HeyOrca has been incredibly friendly, professional, and very keen to help.
