What differentiates Hootsuite Social Media Management Enterprise from other similar products?
We have been using Hootsuite for almost 3-4 years and we have never missed a post since then. In dealing with different clients, Hootsuite has helped a lot in planning the work for each of the clients and sharing the content on different platforms. Due to super able Hootsuite, I feel like a super being. It surely has the potential to boost business efficiencies.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platform is pretty simple to navigate through. Scheduling content has become much easier and posts can be shared on all social media handles in a very controlled and ordered manner. The customer support team also provides prompt feedback on every problem that is faced by us. It is very much easy to use and one can handle multiple handles very effortlessly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be great if a feature could deliver reports about social media stats on a monthly or weekly based, whatever suits the user. Engagement strategies, if provided by the platform would be of great help to improve posts for the future. The content library has also room for improvement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are sick of sharing content on many different sites, it would be worth going for a premium because it allows you to connect more than 2 accounts. Having said that, it would be good to attend some webinars to learn more about the tricks and be a cool social media manager.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Hootsuite pro is a lifesaver for every marketer. Use their content-creation tools to share all of your key material on social media (particularly on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter). Using the calendar view, it is simple to plan and schedule postings. Only 5 posts are allowed in the free edition, therefore becoming pro is a good idea. We also like the flexibility to republish material across several platforms.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are times when the additional cost of going professional is worth it, but it's difficult to justify if you're a little company. We don't have any tools that we don't like, regardless of their price.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's one of the more affordable scheduling tools, but it's well worth the savings in time it provides. Twitter and Facebook both provide free scheduling options, but they're two separate platforms (and Facebook Business is a nightmare to try and post content on these days). Instagram has also been included as a scheduling option in the previous couple years.
