Unlike other similar products, Hootsuite Social Media Management has a free package whereby one can try its effectiveness before using it full-board. Another feature is its content management ability where one can control what is posted on their sites.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Hootsuite Social Media Management is social media monitoring which allows for both customer engagement and trend tracking. With customer engagement, it is possible for one to have a clear conversation with their clients and understand their needs deeply. About trend tracking, one can follow a specific thread to understand what customers think of their product or service and hence improve where necessary.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really dislike the glitches encountered when trying to integrate with other social sites other than Facebook. I post my company's products/services in various social platforms but Hootsuite Social Media Management is not smooth in most of them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For someone that posts several marketing posts at once, Hootsuite Social Media Management is your thing.
