What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub (Social) from other similar products?
Hubspot Marketing Hub (social) differentiates itself from others in its ability to be on top of social platform updates, communicate with users on said updates, and provide in-depth training for its platform that I haven't received from other platforms! Hubspot is intuitive as well. I feel they work directly social media companies and roll out updates and features as each platform updates. It's wild!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product is the ability to keep track of posts and respond to everything in-app. I rarely have to go to Facebook, Instagram, et al., any more and can spend most of my workdays in the Hubspot dashboard to manage all of our channels.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Hubspot could use some work to look prettier but honestly, that's been my only complaint. Hubspot is also a large company that soooo many companies use, so sometimes it can be difficult to get to the head of the line for any troubleshooting issues or discrepancies. However, they usually solves any and all issues we may have within 3 or so business days.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend evaluation business needs before jumping into any social media management software. Hubspot Marketing Hub has a million and one features and can feel overwhelming. Once you get into what you want and can figure out what features suit your needs best, stick with Hubspot. We haven't had any long-term issues with it and it has been worth the pricing for our company!
