Another cost effective basic tool for smaller brands and companies to publish content and manage incoming messages.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Cost was probably the selling point for this level, as well as understanding limitations and knowing what our clients required
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lacks high quality analytical offerings and is limited in many ways.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Know what you're getting with this level/package. You're not going to pay much but that comes at an expense if you're looking to leverage data in a more complex manner rather than using this simply to manage incoming and outgoing social content.

It's an all-in-one product and does not usually require the integration of 3rd parties like most of the other solutions
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It provide a complete overview of the processes and the reach especially from a reporting and dashboarding point of view.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The licensing is limited to a certain number of reach.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you can afford it then definitely go for it, it's the best in breed and it give great value
