What differentiates iBASEt MES from other similar products?
The fact that they are continuously improving based on customer feedback. This allows them to better understand and modify how the product is working.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Previous MES system was cumbersome, iBaset was more simplified and easy to learn while still providing the needed data for the work required.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The speed at which the software operates takes some getting used to, especially with technology advancements it feels as though it should move faster.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think about what you are looking for at the end-user level, i.e. the shop floor technician, then work backwards from there and determine if the software has the basic capabilities of what is needed. Also understand when doing this, it is a great time to review procedures to see if they need to be modified and updated as to what the system can provide.
