What differentiates IBM Engineering Test Management from other similar products?

Everything feels connected, from requirements to test cases. No more jumping between multiple tools just to track things down.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can easily share test plans, assign tasks, and track progress all in one place. Imagine trying to coordinate complex testing efforts through endless emails - shudder!

What do you dislike most about this product?

ETM is powerful, but sometimes it can feel a bit clunky, especially when it comes to running a large number of automated tests.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you deal with complex projects with a lot of testers, the collaboration features are a goldmine. However, if you're a smaller team or prioritize super-fast test execution, you might want to explore other options.

It has facilitated collaboration among our team members by providing a centralized repository for test artifacts. This allows testers, developers, and other stakeholders in our company to work together, share information, and communicate effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has helped in establishing a clear connection between testing activities and the underlying project requirements through emphasizing traceability, linking test artifacts to requirements and other development artifacts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interfaces are somewhat cluttered and look dated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
