IBM Control super B!

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates IBM Maximo IT from other similar products?

IBM Control Desk is used in our company for managing IT assets, keeping tabs on how they're doing, and figuring out how to fix any problems that might arise that would prevent them from functioning at full capacity. In addition, the software assesses the level of damage or defect in the assets and the consequences of any implied fixes. Problems with intricate IT infrastructure are another area where IBM Control Desk excels. In short, aside from the integration aspect, this tool has everything that one user could ask for, and the fact that it is cloud software makes it a good choice for your business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's a control desk app, as the name suggests, but it's web-based, so you can access it from any device, anywhere. This sets it apart from other similar tools in the control room. It has top-notch service desk automation and management features. You can take advantage of the helpful service desk to manage requests and interactions regardless of your location or the device you're using. Highly configurable and user-friendly, it allows you to create a service desk that exactly fits your needs. With the right settings in place, IBM Control Desk can be used in a wide variety of situations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't much to dislike about this tool, but we can't ignore the fact that it works well with others. We can't believe how poorly it works with other programs. It is a serious issue that needs to be addressed by the programmers of this program.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

IBM Control Desk is an excellent choice if you need a tool to keep an eye on your network's hardware and software. It's also a great way to get your IT support staff and the people you're serving on the same page. While IBM Maximo is ideal for a wide variety of businesses, Control Desk is more narrow in scope.
