The service tutorials and implementation instructions are not clear enough for new users.

We have customized the Chatbot as per our requirements and now it provides the best support to our customer so that the customer feels satisfied. It enhances our entire business process and we are now delivering the best solution as it is very easy for us to determine the requirements of the customers and its processing is very fast. IBM Watson is one of the productive use of artificial intelligence and machine learning which helps in growing our business. It also helps us to examine our data and strategize accordingly.

The main reason of deploying IBM Watson Assistant in our organisation is to simplify our business process by introducing chatbots which can easily customizable and delight our customers . It is one of the best software that can easily scale any business. It fulfils our organisation needs and brings lot of changes in our environment and gives good business outcomes. It provides confidentiality in data security. It is straightforward to use and provides an efficient way of analysing the data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Before the implementation of IBM Watson Assistant in our organisation it is very challenging for us to manage the customer queries so we are looking forward to the software that helps us to manage our customers easily and thanks to IBM Watson Assistant which really helps us with its incredible artificial intelligence and natural language processing capabilities. It instantly provides the accurate solution and we can easily analyse our data and check whether there is a room for improvements which help us to make our service better. There is no reason to dislike this amazing software.

It is one of the best recoomended software for increasing business because it automates the process and saves lot of time which we can utilize in making other busness decsions.It provides interactive user interface which gives good user experience and has responsive customer support and experts who are always there to assist us whenever we face any problem. It is one of the smart and intelligent tool which provides accurate solution to our clients and it is very user friendly. High programming knowledge is not required. It provides simple and essential functionality and maintains the flow of conversation smoothly.

We utilize IBM Process Mining to take the guessing out of our automation process to easily discover automation opportunities and to understand where the automation is going to deliver the best value so we're able to know what to automate and how to do it perfectly, We easily manage all of our operation processes now and Process Mining is our the key to collect the insights we need to enhance and boost performance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We thought it's a low-code environment where people with basic programming knowledge are able to create bots with their basic coding skills. But no we always went into instability in bots whenever a basic coder tried to create a bot using his basic coding skills, until we have seen a professional doing it differently and it became very stable, They also need to provide better documentation with clearer and detailed information to guide the starters and help them achieve an easier onboarding experience.

We've evolved rapidly fast since we depended on IBM Process Mining along with the rest of IBM Tools, We became able to handle our business operation like professionals with full control over all of our business processes, Data and Insights all visualized in one place.
