We can't use logic that much because it already did it at the backend

The easiness to use is one of the most interesting feature of the product. Only few hours enable any user to start working with it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

IBM Watson is a complete solution that can be adopted in any scenario, from ITops to business automation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Personally, I dislike the low grade of customization available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

IBM Watson is a great starting point to approach AI based solution. It's easy to create chatbot in many language in few hours. In addiction it can be easy integrated with any third part application.
