Not sure, this is the first HRIS product that I've used.

Texting feature.

Layout, and the color scheme is not appealing to the eye.

What differentiates iCIMS Talent Cloud from other similar products?
iCIMS Talent Cloud offers an excellent customization platform. They helped us to design the program for our unique needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has allowed us to automate many aspects of our organization that previously we had to do manually. The tech support team is fantastic and very attentive to our needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes quite awhile to implement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure that you have a dedication person or team to work with the iCIMS team during the integration and adoption phases of the platform. It is time-consuming to get everything up and running, and customized to your business. There is a steep learning curve if you aren't familiar with an applicant tracking system. But it's worth it! After everything is up and running, you will see that the platform saves costly man hours.
